How do I go about getting an estimate to clean my home?

There are several ways to receive an estimate from Major Home Cleaning. One option is to fill out our convenient on-line Free Estimate form. We also offer in-home meetings where we meet with you, in your house, to talk over services and packages that best fit your cleaning requirements and budget to work up an estimate.

	Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
	Yes, we bring all cleaning products and equipment needed to clean your home. This includes vacuums with HEPA filtration which can capture up to 99% of dust, allergens and other pollutants and environmentally green-cleaning products. You do not need to provide anything.

	Can you clean homes just once, or do you have to clean long-term?
	While most of our customers prefer our weekly cleaning package on a regularly scheduled day, we also offer packages for every other week, monthly and one-time cleanings for special occasions or urgent help.

Who will be cleaning my home?

We assign a Major Home Cleaning team to clean your home. All our teams are supervised and consist of employees who are screened, extensively trained, uniformed and bonded. Our cleaning professionals will not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances while in your home. We're trustworthy, dependable and focused on giving our clients the very best in professional home cleaning services and customer care.

	How many people will be in my home during the scheduled cleanings?
	Typically, there will be two to three people in your home depending on the size of the job. If your home is small, one person may be able to do the job quickly and thoroughly. Major Home Cleaning will let you know how many people are needed to clean your home. All our teams are supervised and consist of employees who are screened, extensively trained, uniformed and bonded.

	Do I need to be home when Major Home Cleaning comes?
	No, most customers are not home when we clean. Only our professional team, who will be cleaning your home, will have access to your home. To insure added security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced. However, if you choose not to provide a key, you will need to be home for scheduled cleanings.

	What do I have to do before the cleaning?
	To make the time we spend in your home as efficient as possible, we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items. We'll do the rest!

	What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
	We treat your home with complete care and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur during cleaning, Major Home Cleaning will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims may be filed.

	Am I responsible for the worker's compensation, insurance and taxes?
	No, the homeowner is not liable for worker's compensation, insurance or any taxes. Major Home Cleaning provides this for all our employees.
